Host a Fringe Event at SNP Spring Conference 2019

Fringe meetings are the most effective way to convey a message to our conference delegates by engaging in debate and discussion.

You choose the topic to be discussed and invite speakers either from within the SNP or externally. Fringe meetings are held at the start and end of the conference day and over the lunch break.

Each Fringe event includes:

• Three complimentary passes for panel members
• Two complimentary passes for staff members
• All rooms will be set up theatre style as standard - If you require a different layout there will be an additional charge.
• Use of the dedicated speaker request process to secure your preferred SNP speaker where possible.

All fringe events include a complimentary fringe listing in the conference handbook. Many organisers also choose to boost attendance by taking up one of the many advertising opportunities available.

Hosts can also provide drinks and a buffet. Catering should be booked separately and is not included in this package. Catering options will be sent on to you once your booking has been processed.

No AV provision is included in your fringe booking, however we have worked with the EICC to provide a Fringe Event Package. You will receive details of this package with your Fringe Event Confirmation.

Hosting a fringe event in one of our secure zone venues is the only way to guarantee SNP representatives, showcase your brand or campaign and increase attendance.
